2012 FHAC REGISTRATION

In person registration will be held on March 3, 2012 from 2-4pm at Beacon Sports Medicine on Beechmont Avenue.
A free milkshake will be provided by Chik-Fil-A for all registrants.

(Football Roster limits are typically set at 30 participants per football team)

To register for the Forest Hills Athletic Club, please complete the following steps;

1.) Please review the Forest Hills Athletic Club "Facts" page.

2.) Print and complete the participant registration form."2012 Participant Registration Packet"

3.) Write a check payable to FHAC for the amount owed as explained in the 2012 Participant Registration Packet.

Note: Scholarships are available upon request to the President at board@fhyfc.com

4.) Online registrations will require a follow up in person meeting for jersey sizing, and number requsts.
