BACKGROUND CHECKS: Every FHAC volunteer of a named position must submit an official Ohio BCI Background Check. The FHAC in conjunction with NCI allows the use of NCI's online server for background checks, see link below. All paper BCI Background checks should be mailed to the attention of the President at;

Please, (click here) for complete directions on how to complete the background screening process. Cost per volunteer is $21.50. Screenings are good for two years. Coaches will be notified by letter whether they have been permitted to coach for the current season. All volunteers must have the screenign process completed by July 25th to volunteer for the FHAC in 2011.
