ABOUT FOREST HILLS Forest Hills Youth Football, Inc. was originally founded in 1956 as Mount Washington Pee Wee Football serving youth football players from Mount Washington, Anderson Township, as well as the surrounding communities. We are the original youth football organization of the Mt. Washington and Anderson Township communities. In the mid 1980’s we began to be recognized as Forest Hills Youth Football. In 2004 the name change became official and today we operate as Forest Hills Youth Football & Cheerleading, Inc (FHYFC). The organization is pleased to have the opportunity to educate and develop our youth athletes in the sport of football as well as cheerleading. Teaching youth athletes to be competitive can only be accomplished with positive reinforcement and allowing them to enjoy themselves in the sport of play. We serve youth athletes between the ages of 5 and 11 in our football and cheerleading programs. Practices are held locally at Ayer Elementary and home games are played at Anderson High School and Turpin High School football stadiums. The organization is operated by an annually elected board. This board consists of residents of our local community who volunteer their time to provide opportunities for our area youth athletes. The dedicated participation of parents is what has allowed this organization to be successful for over 50 years. Forest Hills Youth Football, Inc. has been a member of one of the Southern Ohio Youth Football Association, Inc. also known as SOYFAI since 1993. While SOYFAI is by no means the largest youth football league in Southwest Ohio, it's known as one of the oldest leagues and one of the most competitive leagues. SOYFAI consists of nine teams from local communities in and around the Cincinnati area and is comprised of two divisions separating the smaller communities from the larger communities. These divisions are: Southern Division Delhi, Western Brown, Wyoming, Deer Park, and Reading. Northern Division Forest Hills, Colerain, Sycamore, West Clermont, and Harrison. Forest Hills Youth Football, Inc. is subject to all the rules and regulations as issued by SOYFAI.
